ARIL GROUP is a wholly owned Nigerian conglomerate with businesses that spans across various sectors of the Nigerian economy such as Automobile, Logistics and Transport, Agency and Liason Services, Real Estate, Agriculture, Engineering, Consultancy, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas etc.

Initially, ARIL GROUP commenced its business in the areas of Road Transport, Car Hire Services, all type Automobile & Spare Part Sales, Carriage and Haulage services. This served as the foundation on which ARIL GROUP would consolidate its existing business and also venture into various sectors of the economy. The growth of this conglomerate was foreseen by the founder, Group Managing Director & CEO, Ahmed Rufai Khalid.

The expansion of ARIL GROUP led to the establishment of Companies such as ARIL Real Estate Company Ltd (which is a leading provider in property development of all spheres), ARIL Agriculture and Agro Allied Services Ltd (with the aim of becoming one of the largest Livestock, food and beverage producer in Nigeria), ARIL Transport Ltd (which provides on demand independent Automobile Sales and Allied Services), Adequate Resources International Ltd. (which carries out all businesses of Equipment Manufacturing, Agency of an industrial nature and also provide Oil and Gas services which range from General Oil supply to Oil Prospecting, Drilling, Piping, Storage and Sales).

With an ever growing resolve and systematic approach in being a key player in strategic sectors of the economy, ARIL GROUP continually builds an impressive reputation in Nigeria and beyond (especially in the areas of efficient service delivery). Furthermore, with our local and international contact, it is ARIL GROUP’s objective to deliver services and consistently create value to its various stakeholders. As part of ARIL GROUP’s drive to further community development, ARIL GROUP also manages ARIL Community Development Foundation (ACDF). This Foundation engages in social responsibility and philanthropic activities ranging from sponsorship programmes to the provision of free amenities such as health care facilities across Nigeria and beyond.
